JM grouting sleeves are developed by Beijing Sida Jianmao Technology Development Co Ltd.

JM grouting coupler，a patented grout sleeve specially developed for joining reinforcing bar in building or civil engineering components such as precast columns, beams and other construction deem fit. 

JM grout sleeve is machined out of high quality steel to ensure its strength, ductility,  it is also slimmer and shorter in design as compare to other grout sleeve that is made of cast iron. 

JM grout sleeve is designed to meet all international building standards, it’s able to achieve bar breaking, good permanent elongation and good fatigue performances.  

JM grout sleeves are available in 2 basic design ,   the CT sleeve consists of a thread end where threaded rebar is turned in and the other portion of the sleeve to be grouted.  CTH is a fully grout sleeve used when both rebars to be joined are not threaded.  Both CT and CTH sleeves are used in conjunction with proprietary high strength non-shrink grout and accessories.

NOTE: 

1. For JM CT Mechanical grout sleeves,which consist of one end threaded,the threading end can be manufactured to match your existing rebar threading configuration or we are able to provide you with all type of threading machines for either taper,cold forge threading and roll threads machines for rebars that are available for sales. Full technical support will be provided.

2. The grouts used for JM grout sleeve are proprietary high strength non-shrink grout, however other type of grout can be used provided it is approved by Jianmao to ensure performances. 

3. JM CT mechanical grout sleeves consist of CT12,CT14,CT16,CT18,CT20,CT22,CT25,CT28,CT32,CT36,CT40,etc.

4. JM CTH grout sleeves consist of CT12H,CT16H,CT20H,CT22H,CT25H,CT28H,CT32H,CT36H,CT40H,etc.
