Introduction:
Gupsum plaster board are made of natural gypsum powder as raw material, with the advantage as following:
Fire-proof testified by national supervision and testing center graded as A1
Water-proof can bu washed over 1000 time without discolorment
Wet absorbing less than 0.001 in the air with humidity of 95%
High intensity: 355N, 2 times of that of international standard
Sound- absorbing : frequency (100-500HZ),coefficient (0.75-0.80) able to lower noise inside.
Aging resistance: deformability is less tha n 2 mm in humidity of 95% efflorescence resistance
Environment Friendly: and health, no poisonous gas and material due to the suing of natural inorganic complex material.
Tolernace: error in processing support and ceiling with tolerance of less than 0.1 and 0.5mm
Compared with the paper-faced gypsum board:
The advantage of non-paper-faced gypsum board is that it is moisture-resistant. Paper-faced drywall is the most common and least expensive finishing for interior walls. It is easy to work with and its paper composition is typically recycled from 100 percent post-cosumer waste.
However, paper-faced drywall is highly susceptible to moisture damage and mold growth; do not use it in moist areas of the home. Besides, non-paper-faced gypsum plaster board have a much longer service life than paper-service
