Operating Instruction
- When starting, maintain proper starting speed, should not be too fierce.
- Observe the voltage of the voltmeter. If the voltage below limiting voltage, the forklift should stop ope rationing immediately.
- When the forklift truck processing, it is not allowed to pull the direction switch to change the driving direction, to avoid burning the electric component and damaging the gear.
- Traveling and lifting should not be carried out simultaneously.
- Take notice of the sound of driving system and steering system is normal, if the sound is abnormal , it should be eliminated in time.
- Slow down when turning
- If the road is in bad condition, should be reduced proper weight and driving speed during operation.
Announcements
- Before lifting, should understand the weight of the goods and its shall not exceed the lifting weight of the forklift.
- When packing the goods, the goods should be securely wrapped
- Adjust the fork spacing according to the size of the goods, so that the goods are evenly distributed between the two forks to avoid partial load.
- When the goods are inserted into the stack, the gantry should lean forward, after the goods are loaded into the cargo fork, the door frame shall be bent backward so as to keep the goods close to the fork wall, and let the goods as much lower as possible for easy to drive.
- When lifting goods, they should be carried out in vertical position.
- Manual braking must be used in artificial load and unload to make the fork stabilize.
- Walking and lifting are not allowed to operate simultaneously.
- When carrying goods on a large slope, attention to the firm degree if the goods on the fork
