Applications

Properties

(1) A kind of aromatic sulfonated polymer, non-toxic, odorless, non-flammable, and free steel-corrosion effect.

(2) Excellent water-reducing ability. ZWL-V superplasticizer can significantly reduce 14% ~23% mixing water in concrete.

Dosage

ZWL-V superplasticizer is supplied as brown powder or aqueous brownish-black liquid. For powder ZWL-V superplasticizer, the dosage fo r normal strength and high strength concrete is typically 0.3%~0.8% and 0.8%~1.8% respectively, the recommended dosage for GB8076 standard test is 0.75%. For liquid ZWL-V superplasticizer, the amount is calculated according to recommended solid dosage and its solid content.

Usage

Liquid ZWL-V superplasticizer is ready-to-use as received.

Powder ZWL-V superplasticizer can be added in concrete directly with longer mixing time, or prepared into solution with required concentration.

Experiment must be done when ZWL-V superplasticizer is used together with other admixtures.

Packaging

(1) Powder ZWL-V superplasticizer is available in 25kg or 50kg film-lined bags. Liquid ZWL-V is available in sealed plastic or iron drums. Other special package can also be available according to prior consultation.

Health and safety

(1) Once splashed into eyes and skin, wash immediately with plenty of water and seek medical treatment.

(2) Inedible. When eating by mistake, drink sufficient water to urge to vomiting, and then go to hospital.

(3) No littering. Caution should be taken to protect environment.
