YLSS900 transporting girder vehicle is used for passenger railway at the speed of 200-350km/h with bridges and tunnels connected, 24m and 32m standard and 24m-32m non-standard double line prefabricated concrete box girder transportation 900t. It can transport the concrete box girder from prefabricated site to girder location through tote road, railway bed, bridge (including steel structure continuous bridge, steel-concrete composite continuous bridge, etc) and above mentioned passenger railway line minimum tunnel section (tunnel radius R6410mm), so as to finish the erection task. Technical specification of transporting girder vehicle is complied with the requirement of JQSS900 bridge erection crane, which is able to asist the bridge erection crane to finish the task of erection. When working with bridge erection crane, the front anchor should be connected to the finished beam hole. If there are continuous beams and bridge abutment, it is necessary to punch in order to make it convenient to connect to the transporting erection equipment. In addition, it has no harm to roadbed and bridge floor. YLSS900 cross-tunnel transporting girder vehicle can transport JQSS900 cross-tunnel bridge erection crane so as to make it possible for short distance transporting between bridges or through passenger railway line double line tunnel, which is suitable for southwest and northwest plateau areas. The whole vehicle is operated by gear, including three modes: splayed steering, semi-splayed steering, diagonal moving. The minimum turning circle is 40m, maximum slope is 4%.
Main difference between YLSS900 transporting girder vehicle and previous 900t transporting girder vehicle:
Having adopted relatively shorter main girder and smaller size special engineering tire to achieve lowlocation girder transporting.
Having adopted cycle chain as driving device to drive the vehicle to slide on its track.
The body of the transporting girder vehicle has column hinge telescopic supports to support the backend of the bridge erection crane; The telescopic adjustment range is ±480mm, it can rotate along the crane longitudinally 2°, to adapt to the bridge erection crane arm immunity and the erection sloped girders.
