-Single beam bridge erecting machine

When the erected beam (or whole beam) moves along the hanger arm, the crane arm is close to the state of the simple beam. When the bridge is setting, the machine can enter the bridge position by itself in the state of empty load, the beam with a special gantry crane from the railway flat car is transferred to the special beam car, then the girder transport vehicle and bridge machine back on. Two crane trolley running on the hanger arm of the bridge crane hoist the beams, go along the hanger arm to reach the bridge position and beam. In order to adapt to the curve bridge, the crane arm can make a small amount of swing in the horizontal plane. The advantages of the machine are: cancel the balance weight, no longer need the locomotive push, the feed beam does not need the bridge head switch, the degree of mechanization is improved, and the safety performance is improved.
-Double cantilever erecting machine
One of the bridge construction machines, which was used earlier in the Soviet Union. This type of bridge erecting machine can not be self-propelled, and needs to be pushed by the locomotive. The forearm is used to lift the beam, and the rear arm hanger is balanced, the front and rear arms can not swing in the horizontal plane. When bridging, it is often necessary to use a special 80 ton flatcar to carry the beam to the hoisting hook of the forearm of the bridge erection machine (called "feed beam") to lift the bridge. In order to make the shunting operation convenient, it is necessary to lay the branch line in the bridge head. When the girder is hoisted, the axle load increases, and the new embankment at the bridge head is soft; Therefore, the reinforcement measures must be taken for the crane girder of the bridge erecting machine, such as the heavy car press, the sleeper and so on.
-Double beam bridge erecting machine
The hoist arm of the double beam bridge erecting machine is made up of two box beams. The two beam runs through the fuselage and extends forward to the back end. And folding column consisting of two legs is arranged at both ends. There are two trusses spanning two box beams that can drive along the hanger's arm. The hoisting trolley are placed on the trussers and can drive along the trusses by transverse. The pending beam (or the whole beam) can be sent directly under the rear arm of the bridge erecting machine, when the crane is hoisted with hoisting trolley, it moves forward with the trussed car, and then moves across the tram car, falls to the beam. The front and rear end of this kind of bridge erecting machine can be hoisted beam and fall beam. There is no need to adjust the head when changing the direction of the beam. In order to adapt to the curve frame beam, the front and rear arms can be swung in the horizontal plane.
