Range of Centerless Grinding Wheels include bond systems V10, V45, V20I6, VI092, VG, V2020, V500, VK10 and VCAE.
These wheels are ideal to grind difficult materials, which gives safety tolerances up to 60 mps. The unique characteristics of the highly fusible and cool cutting bonds also guarantee better form retention, excellent component finish and lesser dressing frequency.
Vitrified centerless grinding wheels find wide application in the bearings industry (taper rollers, bearing races and bearing tracks), in the automobile industry (shock absorbers, fuel injection, gudgeon pins, engine valve, gear shafts and bar grinding), in the cutting tool industry (taps, drills) and in the bar grinding industry.
