1High-rigid and high precise slide guideways use well-known brands liner track with characteristics of zeroclearance and all-round weight-bearing capacity, and the liner track is by far the better than the hard track in terms of accuracy and speed. Each liner track is independent of self-lubrication.
2.The spindle head is assembled by P4 grade high precision NSK, FAG brand bearing.The spindle taper go through hogh precision grinding, ensure the spindle taper and tool shank have 75%surface cintact, effectively improve their coordination, enable the spindle head not to cause vibration when running cutting at varous speed. The weight-resistant spring can ensure that the cutters do not cause shock during heavy-duty cutting,effectively improve the cutter life and machining accuracy on the surface of work piece.
3.Two end pre-tension ball bearing screw X,Y,Z axis driven by C3 grade ball bearing screw have the advantages of high rigidity, high precision, high load and low friction. Transmission ration is up to above 95%,and can effectively reduce thermal expansive error with caused from the state of machine operation and machine non-operation.
4.The full supporting by high strength meehanite casting iron machine body and well-ribs makes theshock-absorbing ability ten times higher than that of normal steel material. The casting iron with inner ribs have high performance of shock-resisance and anti-torque. With above structure,the machine has occupied small space and high pressing accuracy and multi-function.
