The electric single girder suspension overhead crane is composed of girder weld by steel plate, end girder, electric hoist and electric treadmill. It can be hung on the beam orbit
on the top of the workshop. With the cantilever of 0.5-1m long. The electric hoist runs along the lower flanges of the steel of the girder to accomplish article hoisting, featuring
dexterous structure and easy installation and maintenance. It is wildly used for such places as workshops, warehouses and stock yards.
a. Application: Factories, warehouses, and stock yards where the height from the rail surface to the lower edge of the truss is equal to or shorter than 500mm.
The trolley is equipped with a specific electric hoist which has flexible structure, reliable and safe operation.
b. Design: It is composed of girder weld by steel plate and l-steel, end girder, electric hoist and electric treadmill.
It can be hung on the l-beam orbit on the top of the workshop, with the cantilever of 0.5~1m long.
The electric hoist runs along the lower flanges of the l-steel of the girder to accomplish article hoisting, featuring dexterous structure and easy installation and maintenance.
The span of it is 3~16m (subject to non-standard design according to user’s requirements).
The classification group is A3~A5, and the operating ambient temperature is -25°C~40°C.
c. Conventional configuration:
1) Pendant control or remote control.
2) Single or double speed of steel wire rope hoist.
3) Using single speed cage motor for travelling or traversing crane.
4) Driver's room is opened or closed types.
5) Working ambient temperature: -20°C~+45°C.
d. Other configuration user can choose:
1) Single or double speed of chain hoists, other kinds of hoists.
2) Fixing wireless remote control to realize the remote control.
3) Using transducer for travelling or traversing crane to realize step speed or stepless speed change.
4) It should be explained when using in the open-air environment, in order to fix windproof & rainproof devices.
5) The other feasible configuration user proposes.
