The tunnel liningtrolley is the large steel structure template system which is supported bymodular steel door frame, the motor drives the running gear to orient thetrolley walking. It uses hydraulic cylinder and jackscrew to adjust thetemplate position and the stripping tunnel concrete forming equipment.

The DanjingMountain crosses through the Longquan Mountain tunnel and arrives at theShuangliu territory, built especially for the “Two lakes, one mountain”International Leisure Tourist Area, and is the important control project ofSancha Lake fast tourist track. The total investment of project budget is of230 million yuan, the length is of 2405.5m, tunneling from both sides ofShuangliu and Jianyang oppositely. Started on December 18, 2008 and finishedsuccessfully on the morning of October 12, 2009. China Railway 18th BureauGroup undertook the tunnel construction tasks and the difficulty lies in the smallinclination strata dome's collapse problem.

YunZhong Mountain Tunnel is the control project of tender #A1 of Shuang-YongHighway, undertaken by China Railway Bureau 22 Group The Third Company. YunZhong Mountain Tunnel is the two-hole separation tunnel, the length of which is5.57km, it is the longest tunnel project of Xin-Bao Expressway. This liningtrolley is easy to operate, it walks automatically, the structure is advancedand is well-made, and the weight is of 120 tons. It has the followingcharacteristics: establishing and stripping mold by hydraulic completely, thedegree of lining surface’s finish is high, and the lining speed is high. Thislining trolley can line mold with the length of 12.1m.

Theinspection team is made of Shuang-Yong project department, Traffic SupervisionCompany of Fujian Province and Shuang-Yong Expressway Industry Office. Theycarefully checked and measured according to the drawings, inspecting well thekey parts such as trolley’s centerline, flatness of template, templateinterface connections, opening and closing of curved template, hydraulicsystem, etc. After the acceptance, they thought that the trolley’s structure,material, installation quality and small parts had been handled well. Becauseof the qualified acceptance, they agreed to put this into use.

Jin Gua MountainTunnel is the important control project of Xiang-Pu Railway, the length of thetunnel is of 14.097km, the left pitch of tunnel is of 30m, establishing oneparallel guide pit. The Jin Gua Mountain Tunnel sits in the southern section ofDai Yun Moutain with lots of forests and cliffs, and the terrain is extremelyadvantageous. China Railway Bureau 1, the fourth company of which undertook theconstruction task of 6926m from the positive exit cave, 7167m of parallel guidepit on the left side. The characteristics of this tunnel: tight schedule-had totunnel more than 200m for the positive cave per month, and 240m for theparallel guide pit; the geological and hydrological conditions are poor; theconstruction standards are high.
