 TOWER CRANE QTZ80 working is steady and reliable

1. Its performance parameter and technical index are in leading position domestically, reach international leading level of end of 80s and beginning of 90s with max. working radius of 55m, which is 5m longer than domestic longest one (See Chart 1-3 for other performances), it is equipped with Q5017 arm and Q5512 Arm.
2. It is of international fashionable pattern, which is very beautiful, and has received popularity from domestic and international clients.
3. It has many working modes and wide applying range. It has working modes like being fixed with groundwork and being attached to wall, etc., which can be applied to different working objects. Hoisting height of separate type is 46m, attaching type is made by adding standard sections and attaching device under foundation of separate type, its hoisting height can reach 150m, and max. hoisting weight of special type can reach 200m.
4. Its working speed is high, timing performance is good, and working is steady and reliable.
5. Electric control system adopts electric elements produced through introducing advanced technology by professional producer, its lifespan is 3-4 times longer than home made elements with less malfunctions, simple maintaining and reliable working.
6. It is equipped with 8 kinds of safety devices, which are mechanical or integrative products. It can be applied to bad working environment to assure reliability of tower crane.
7. Design absorbs domestic and international reliable technology at the same time of according to situation of China and assuring reliability principle to improve technical level of entire crane.
Reliable advanced technologies are:
(1) Electric elements produced through introducing TE Company of France by professional producers.
(2) Weight restrictors, moment restrictors, height restrictors, radius restrictors, swing restrictors and brakes of swing and radius mechanism produced by introducing advanced technology.
(3) Trolley breaking prevention device (slip prevention), shaft breaking prevention device and steel wire device.
(4) Wire Arranging System of Hoisting Mechanism
(5) Tightening System of Traction Wire
(6) Rigid double pulling pole hoisting arm. Rigidity of hoisting arm is good, self weight is light, section is small, wind resistance is small, figure is beautiful, which make it satisfy different constructions.
(7) Diving room is set separately with good visual field and large inside space, and it can be equipped with air conditioner to create better working environment.
(8) It adopts swing restrictor, eliminates central electricity collector to eliminate damp and creepage and make convenience for entrance and exit of driver.
(9) Driver use advanced coupling to operate movement of each mechanism, which is convenience for operation and simple for maintaining.
