Introduction

Tower crane is used to lift, lower and horizontally move materials in construction and other industry. It has large lifting capacity

 and lifting height, wide moving range, and can rotate. It basically consists of base foundation, mast, slewing unit, working jib, 

counter jib, counterweight, hook, and operating cabin.

Product Features

1. The steel materials are from Ansteel and Baosteel Company (Chinese famous steel enterprises) Q345B, and the strength 

level approach European Standard Fe510.

2. Electronic control adopt the advanced frequency conversion control technology, RCV/PLC stepless frequency speed 

electronic control system. Contactors are from French Schneider.

3. All the pins and bolts adopt quenching and tempering heat-treatment technique and surface galvanized process.

4. The pin of mast section adopt sulphocarbonitriding technology and resin heat-treatment technique, which make the pin 

hard and tough and keep the surface smooth and antirust. Meanwhile, split mast section can save the cost of transportation 

for customers.

5. Hoisting mechanism with three-speed motor and mono-speed ratio decelerator, stable braking and less shock when shifting; trolleying mechanism has two operation speeds: heavy load low speed and light load high speed.

6. The crane has complete set of safety devices, which can guarantee the safe and high efficienct operation of the equipment.

 The machine is equipped with lifting height limiter, dolly range-change limiter, moment limiter, weight limiter, circumgyrating 

limiter, etc.

7. The operator's room is set independently on one side, with good vision field. It creates a good working environment for the 

operator.

FAQ About Tower Crane

Q: What kinds of tower crane are available now?

A: Four main categories: general tower crane with cat head, internal climbing  tower crane, top less  tower crane  and luffing  tower crane.  

Q: What kind of steel used for  tower crane ?

A: Normally, as for the main force bearing steel structure, Q345B is adopted; as for the assistance force bearing steel structure Q235B is adopted. All of the raw material is outsourced from qualified steel factory in China.

Q: What about our  tower crane  warranty?

A: Usually there is one-year quality warranty including main electronic parts (not including consumable parts). There are consumable spare parts together with whole machine and normally they are enough for one year.

Q: Can you equip with light on  tower crane  jib, monitor, remote control and anemometer?

A: Sure. All of these could be provided with extra cost upon the clients' requirements. But according to general practice, remote control is not suggested because most of the operator feedback operation in the cabin will provide a wide working view.
