●  The top hinged roof window is perfectly suitable for roofs with pitches between 15^o and
   55^o (complete with flashing). It opens to a 45^o angle to provide ample ventilation and
   to satisfy emergency exit.
●  Manufactured with pine wood, vacuum impregnated, finished with two coats of water
   based, clear acrylic lacquer.
●  The flashing both-side painted aluminium sheet, 0.6-0.8mm aluminium cladding with
   polyester grey/brown coating.
●  The different handle positioned at the lower part of the sash enables the window to be
   opened conveniently.
