Structure:

Drill body and palm: The upper part of the drill body has threads connected to the drilling tool, and the lower part has three palm parts connected to the roller shaft neck for support.

Roller cone: There are two types of structures: single cone and complex cone. Single cone is suitable for hard and highly abrasive formations, while complex cone is suitable for soft and medium hard formations.

Bearings: There are two types: rolling bearings and sliding bearings. Rolling bearings are equipped with roller bearings and ball bearings, while sliding bearings replace the roller bearings in rolling bearings with sliding sleeves.

Water hole: a channel for drilling fluid. A regular drill bit water hole is drilled at an appropriate position on the drill bit body and equipped with a water hole sleeve. A jet drill bit is equipped with a hard alloy nozzle at the water hole.

Oil storage seal compensation system: prevents drilling fluid from entering the bearing chamber, supplements lubricating grease to the bearing chamber to ensure lubrication of the bearing, and improves the service life of the drill bit bearing.

Working principle:
