1. Product Description:
Suitable for large quantity shrink wrapping industries such as software, foodstuff, cosmetics, printing, pharmacy, flooring, ceramics, beverage and beer etc.
This machine has three functions, filling, valve putting, valve capping on one machine. Also may according to the customer request to capping outside lid. No bottle, no filling. This machine is simple operation, saving merits of human, not consumption field, etc. It can be equipped with a protecting cover and a checking-drop installation according to client’s requirement.
2. Product Features:
A. The machine adopts imported touching screen, on which all settings and operation can be done. Meanwhile, various product data can be stored in advance, and operator only to select parameters from the computer while usage.
B. According to different collocations for the machine and different products, the max packing speed is up to 80pcs/min.
C. Constant temperature heat sealing and cutting system is suitable for PE. POF etc, industrial standard shrink films, the seal is firm and nice, especially applicable for POF film, adjust the conveyor with the head wheel for packing products of different size. The reliability is higher and easier to operate it.
