SZ SERIES SINGLE-STAGE WATER-RING VACUUM PUMPS

1. Working principle
The impeller is eccentricity installed on the pump body. It rotates to make eccentricity water ring with impeller. The water is fully filling into body and impeller, continually cycling and reciprocating to change water volume between impeller. With air inlet and outlet co-function, it finishes air-sucking, compressing and exhausting.

SZ Vacuum pump is used to draw air bubble and wet air in melting material and all of low molecule matter such as solvent, mixture, reactant and residue etc. The purpose is to get the best pipe quality:
Smooth surface.
Strengthen elasticity.
Improve isolation performance.
Reduce air release in following process.
It is quite an important process to remove air efficiently in material plasticizing. It's to remove air bubble and wet air from melting plastics conveniently in extruding process. It's better remove air from the single-screw extruder. And it's necessary for double-screw extruder.

1).SZ-3A Vacuum pump is one kind super-silent pump which based on model SZ-3. It is newly developed by selecting design parameter specially and adopting advanced structure according to customer requirement in plastic industry area. It is little flow loss, low noise, weak shaking and big storage of motor power. Therefore it can run in safe for long time when there's water at inlet.

2).It's special motor for SZ series vacuum pump, not normal Y type motor in the market. Please make special order to our company if you want to change your motor.

1       Can your pumps mount Eff.1 motors

Currently, only on request though this will shortly be a CNBM standard.

2       Are your pumps protected against dry running?

No, unprotected centrifugal pumps are not generally designed for dry running. It is important to give us or your dealer as much information as possible about the system in which the pump is used. Inlet pressure, the type of liquid to be pumped, together with relative density, viscosity and temperature, for example, are required in order to allow CNBM to recommend the right pump with the right gaskets for a long operating lifetime.
