I. Product Introduction
Fiberglass reinforced plastic sand pipe jacking is a newly developed pipeline product in the field of water supply and drainage. It can complete the construction and installation of underground pipelines without excavation. It can directly cross highways, railways, rivers and other buildings. It has good corrosion resistance, light weight, smooth inner wall, large flow and other characteristics. II. Product Characteristics

III. Construction Characteristics
1. Light weight (1/10 of concrete pipeline), low requirement for foundation, low requirement for hoisting and pipe-lowering equipment, and convenient construction.
2. Because of the small settlement and the small jacking force, it is easy to rectify the deviation of the pipeline.
3. The inner wall is smooth and the flow rate is large. When the flow rate is determined, a smaller diameter can be used to reduce the comprehensive cost of the project.
4. The exterior is smooth, the jacking force is small, and the cohesion of soil has little effect on FRP pipe jacking. There is no pipe holding and dead pipe phenomenon. The single jacking length is long, and the jacking equipment is low.
IV. Connection Mode
Embedded steel sleeve ring is used to connect and locate the pipe segments. When jacking, the pipe is sealed with FRP resin mouth. After the two pipes are docked, the water-sealing effect is achieved. A platform is provided at both ends of pipe jacking so that the outer diameter of the steel jacket ring behind the upper end of the steel jacket ring is the same as that of the pipe jacking itself. The steel sleeve ring plays a positioning role and increases the ability of resisting uneven settlement. The resin orifice is sealed, and the two pipes can seal water after butting. A platform is provided at both ends of pipe jacking so that the outer diameter of the steel jacket ring behind the upper end of the steel jacket ring is the same as that of the pipe jacking itself. Steel sleeve rings play a positioning role, and increase the ability of partial anti-uneven settlement.
