The forming styles of straightseam welded pipe can be divided into roll

forming，cage forming, flexible forming, full auto flexibleforming. The mill developed by our company adopts roll forming when havingsmall diameter （Φ≤114） The cageforming is adopted when having middle or small diameter （Φ≤165）. Full auto flexible forming is adoptedwhen having large diameter（Φ≤711）.

According to the productsfunctions, straight seam welded pipe mills are divided into API model, nationalstandard model.

API model mainly produces highlevel steel pipes, such as delivery pipe of petroleum and natural gas, oil wellcasing and so on. The requirements for material and quality are very strict.The mill is equipped with section equipment and technological equipment, suchas IF annealing, air-cooled roll table, ultrasonic inspection, and highpressure hydraulic pressure testing machine, and drifter and so on.

National standard model mainlyproduces the steel pipe, such as water-gas pipe, structure pipe and so on.
