Standup pouches filling and capping machine with 8 filling heads, 2 capping heads.automatic pouch-loading, fixed-position filling, cleaning for spout, cap feeding and inserting, capping (applying magnetic

adjusting torque for rather stability), discharging and liquid level controlling.

Not only can it be connected CIP cleaning system, PLC control and Touch screen system, equipped with the Air-purifying system and safeguard switch, but also some functions can be added or removed according to the customers’ requirement.

This machine is suitable for packing jellly, soy milk, yoghourt, mineral water, juice, ice cream, edible oil, seasoning, scour and so on.Can choose different filling method accord to liquid character.

Using frequency transducer to adjust the speed freely within the permitted range.

Automatically detecting, no pouch or inadequate open, no fill, no capping, pouch can be returned so as to save raw material and production cost.

Machine crack is made of dust-proof treated carbon steel, wrapped with SUS304 stainless steel. Food contacting parts made of  SUS316 stainless steel.
