4.Working Principle
Sprinkler is mainly used for road sprinkling, road flushing, self suction loading water, and also through the fire joint to water trees, fire fighting and other operations. The engine drives the special water pump delivery enough water to the tank body, and then rotates the corresponding ball valve to send water outwards, It can be used as a water wheel. The sprinkler is mainly composed of chassis system, water tank system, sprinkler system, washing system, spray system, water gun system, self-priming device, sprinkler pump and power system, suction pipe system, accessories and other parts.
- Self-absorption function
The engine power use the gearbox and power-take-off (PTO) to output, through transmission shaft driven pump to complete suction work, formed vacuum in the pipeline, and use the pressure difference suction water into the water pump, then through the outlet pipe of water pump in the tank to complete the whole water absorption action. Similarly, control the rotation of the corresponding ball valve switch, the water will flow through the front or back device effluent from tank. (Figure2, Self-absorption function)

- Sprinkler and spray function
The engine power through the gear box and the power-take-off (PTO) to output, and the water pump is driven by the drive shaft to complete the water sprinkler and spraying work. Open the rear valve if need water sprinkler, open the upper valve if need spray. (Figure3,Sprinkler and spray function)

3.1 Ball valve switch
- Water Cannon
The engine power use the gearbox and power-take-off (PTO) to output, through transmission shaft driven pump to do water cannon work. When water cannon is used for fire, washing and long distance spraying, close all pneumatic ball valves, open water cannon ball valve, and hold water gun to work. (Figure4, Water Cannon)

4.1 Ball valve switch
- Front Sprinkler Function
The engine power use the gearbox and power-take-off (PTO) to output, through transmission shaft driven pump to do water cannon work. If need front and bottom cross water gun to wash the road, open the front flush ball valve, close all the ball valves at the back, and operate the cross flushing function.
5.Application Notice
When the sprinkler vehicle use rivers, ponds as water source, pay attention the bottom of water pipe do not into the water. In order to avoid inhale stones or more sediment, debris, the bottom of suction pipe generally equipped filtering device, the filter can not removed when water absorption. Different sprinkler pump water requirements are different, clean water pump requires no impurities in water, muddy water pumps require water without stones and too much sediment. When suction, the inlet pipe system must maintain a certain degree of vacuum in order to let the water into the box. The water inlet system needs to be sealed reliably, hose can not be broken, the hard tube can not have cracks, otherwise it will produce a leak phenomenon, it will cause why can not suction water.
Discharge pipe provided for the water storage tank, and the inlet place is the lowest point of the water tank. After a period of time to use, should open the sewage pipe switch, cleaning the accumulated material from the tank until the water is clear.
