In 2008, we successfully developed SPC-T15A BOPP hot melt labeler, SPC-SORL series (Linear and Rotary) labeler with speed ranging from 150 to 600 bottles per minute, SPC-SW automatic (high, medium and low speed) PE film packing machines, wrap around caser, carton packing machines, carton erector and sealer, palletizing system through absorbing foreign advanced technology and experience.

Owing to our company's continuous great efforts, our label sleeving machine, hot melt glue labeler and other packaging machines occupy the market with high performance and reliable quality. The machine can operate at the same limited velocity and there is no bottle overturning or label missing. It has super powerful servo electrical appliance configuration, motor encoder for servo motor conveying line with high disposition, automatic trace with electric eye and whole line automatic stepless speed adjustment

The mechanism is a kind of new-type & advanced driving device of hot shrink trapping label machine, that is, a kind of device with four-wheel drive, automatic centering and four-wheel balanced pressure, which has achieved the goals of smooth, stable and swift label transmission.

Electrical Configuration

The electrical appliance adopted by this type of label sleeving machine are all imported configuration, in addition, it adopts the high-velocity positioning module, imported servo motor, servo driver, servo controller and fully-automatic adjustment as well as humanized operation.

The velocity of this type machine reaches within 350 Bottles-450 Bottles per minute; it applies to such food & beverage industries as fruit juice, tea drink, dairy products, pure water, condiments, beer and sports drink, etc. of all kinds of bottle types. It not only has a highly precise position for casting label, but also can withstand the perfect shape of the bottle after shrinkage.
