Solid state high frequency equipment for pipe seam welding 

1.Equipment composing

 

The whole set of solid state H.F. welder comprises of switchgear rectifying cabinet, inverter output cabinet, connecting optical fiber, circulation soft water cooling system, central operator console, mechanical adjustment device, contact welding pole plate and contact pin (contact welding) and etc.

 

 

Switchgear rectifying cabinet

 

 Installed line-in switch, line-in current meter, voltage meter (can be switched) and line-in voltage indication lamp.

 

 Installed 3-phase full-controlled thyristor Rectification Bridge to realize power adjustment of the HF welder.

 

 Installed flat-wave reactor, flat-wave capacitor and filter to improve the flat-wave coefficient.

 

 

 Inverter output cabinet

 

The inverter part is consisted of MOSFET single-phase inverter bridge connected in parallel.

The matching transformer is adopted for power combination, also it adopts the output method by of secondary resonance and non-welding transformer, tank circuit resonance capacitor (low voltage) resonates with the sensor directly, and the output pole plate offers required power transmission for pipe welding.

Adopted sealed equipment case, installed with air conditioner.

Circulation soft water cooling system

 

Mode GPKL-II circulation soft water cooling system adopts closed cooling tower structure. Cooling soft water is flow in sealed water tank and cooling pipes. The inner circulation soft water is cooled by overhead fan and water-spray method using the principle absorbing heat when evaporation. The spray water circulate inside and closed cooling tower`s heat dissipation pipe, spray-water spray at pipes` surface through spray system, some heat is taken by dissipation and soft water temperature inside the pipe go down accordingly. The cut board stops water in hot air and un-evaporated water, make them flow through PVC heat exchange layer, the water in the layer is down by air, then temperature goes sown and fall down to the bottom of the tower.

 

Apply range: 60 kW –1200 kW induction heating power supply.

 

 

Central Console

The console achieves remotes control and power regulation of soild-state HF welder, installed with LCD; also it has indicators of armature voltage, field voltage on DC speed regulation cabinet and indicators of DC voltage,DC current on welder. Installation of power-speed closed loop control function is optional. The console has design difference according to different types and quantities of matching DC speed regulation cabinet.

 


Mechanical Adjusting Equipment

2-D mechanical adjusting equipment: For induction welding mode, applied with installation and adjustment equipment of inverter output cabinet, the inductor position can be adjusting mancally.

3-D mechanical adjusting equipment: For induction/contact welding mode, applied with installation of inverter output cabinet, the inductor position can be adjusted by the elestric or manual.
