2. Packing Details of Melamine Faced MDF Boards
Four sides are around with MDF in thickness ≥4mm,
Top cover is thin MDF in thickness ≥ 8mm,
Bottom board is MDF in thickness ≥12mm ,
4+8 steel strips.
3. Surface Texture of Melamine Faced MDF Boards
Satin, Pearl, Wood Grain, Corrugation. Here we have the picture for your reference.
4. Production Period:
Depends on Customers' order quantity, normally, 4 weeks from the date of receiving down payment or Original L/C.
5. Payment: L/C at sight or T/T
6. Raw Materials of MDF: Poplar core plain MDF boards, we can provide MDF boards produced by Chinese Machine or imported machine according to customers' requirement.
PS:
1. For Melamine MDF boards, our factory can provide 3mm and thinner boards with one face only; and for 4mm and thicker boards with one face or both faces.
2. For thin boards, we prefer 20GP container shipment; but for thick boards, we prefer 40HC container shipment.
