High speed slitting and cut to length can cut metal with thickness from 1mmto 16mm, if no need slitting thickness up to 30mm.

Introduction

This stainless steel coil slitting line is used for slitting steel coils with different specifications (width/thickness) to be needed width 

strips. The main working flow is: 

decoiling – leveling – slitting – recoiling

This line is reasonable in layout, easy operation, high level of automation, high productivity which could processing all kinds of 

CR coil, stainless coil, color-

coated coil, galvanize steel coil. This line is broadly applied in metal plate processing industry, like car, container, household 

appliance, packing, construction mat

erial, etc. This line is composed of coil lifter, decoiler, slitter, scrap recoiler, shearer for cutting coil head or tail, tension pad 

and recoiler, etc. As well as pendulu

Processing flow is as following:

carry coil→load coil→de-coiling（pressing guide +opener）→entry、rough level→cutting→transition→guide→slitting

(waste winding) →looping

storage→pre-separating, damping→recoiling →packing→discharging→guide→leveling→fix size (end plate feeding)

→cutting→discharging
