Application

This production line is mainly used to recycle and pelletize or granulate waste plastic film (industrial packaging film, agricultural mulching film, greenhouse film, beer package, and shopping bag), woven bag,agricultural bag, tub, pail, drinking bottle, furniture, daily supplies, and other common waste plastics. It also can be used to recycle HDPE, LDPE, PP, EVA, PVC waste films. It is applicable for crushed scraps, as well as powder.

This production line is applicable for PP, PE, PS, ABS, PA, PVC, PC, POM, EVA, LCP, PET, PMMA many kinds of plastics recycling, color mixing and pelletizing. The reduction gearbox is high torque design, realizing noiseless and stable running. Screw and barrel is special hardening treated, which has good wear-resistance, good mixing effect, and high output. The vacuum exhausting or the common air exhausting hole design helps to exhaust moisture and gas, makes extruding more stably, makes plastic pellet denser, and guarantees product of good quality.

Feature

1. All recycling materials after sorting, crushing, and washing, no need spin-drying, or oven drying, or drying in the sun, can be used to produce. This plastic pelletizing line is applicable for both dry and wet materials.

2. It is full automatic from raw materials crushing, washing, feeding to pelletizing.

3. It takes full advantages of high pressure friction ceaseless temperature increasing system to heat, avoiding continuous heating, which is energy saving.

4. It adopts separate and full automatic power distribution system to ensure motor running under safe and normal condition.

5. Screw and barrel is made of high strengthened carbon steel, which has long using life.

Pellet Cutting

There are various kinds of pelletizer designs, but all pelletizers can be sorted into 2 kinds: cool cutting systemand die face hot cutting system.  

Service

1. Warranty period is 15 months from the date of shipment.

2. Broken parts caused by natural factors can be changed for new ones freely. Free spare parts are beyond the scope of warranty but can get them at cost price

3. Technicians will be sent to install the equipment or train the workers as the buyer needs.

4. It takes about 10 days from installing the machine to machine normal working if everything is got ready, like raw materials, water, electricity, wire, compressed air, etc.

5. All documents for installation will be sent to the customer within 5 days once contract is validated. Shipping documents will be offered before shipment.
