Features and Applications

  The cable is used the transmission lines which need high-level of screening requirement,especially used as the connection cables in the converter control system under 0.6/1kV. There is more higher requirements for frequency transmission system, especially for IGBT semi-conductor converter technology.The high frequency will generate magnetic field around and to avoid the interference, the cables between the converter and 3P motor should have good resistance to interference, low capacitance, and low transmission reactance.

Note: The converter cable is a screened power cable, with the ground wire put between the 3 main cores wrap around the 3 main cores, in order to uniform the electric field, and improve the radiation level. It is used as connection cable between the big power converter and convertible motor.

Application

The inverter power supply cable box frequency control motor drive system. It is used for frequency control drive system as power supply cable or near the cable.This products are suitable for transmission lines in steel works, petrol chemical, power plants, paper making, textile, metal processing and food stuff automatic production lines, as well as pumps, blowers and air conditions.

Max temperature and working voltage

1 .XLPE insulation converter cable works at max. 90°C, and 250°C in the case of short-circuit.

  Silicon rubber insulation converter cable works at max. 180°C.and 300°C in the case of short-circuit.

2. The bending of the converter cable during transportation, storage, radiation, conveying and

operation is more than 5°C,during fixed lay-up more than 0°C

The bending of the silicon rubber insulation converter cable during transportation, storage,radiation, conveying and operation is more than -20°C, during fixed lay-up more than -25°C.

3. The bending radius is 15 times of the cable diameter. Soft cable is 10 times of cable diameter.
