Product Description:

The screw regulator adjusts the elevation,gauge and direction of tool rail, to make it meet the requirement of tracktesting. By fixing the space geometry state of tool rail, it could guaranteethat the sleepers stay in a steady status while casting roadbed plates.

After fine tuning the track, the tool railshould meet the following standard:

Gauge：1435±1, changerate no more than 1‰

Horizontal direction：Take one rail as the standard,elevation difference with design should be within ±2mm，the relative horizontal difference between two rails should be lessthan ±1mm

Rail direction：Take common rail as the standard，the deviation with the midlineshould be within±1mm，max vector degree:1mm╱10m chord，step----2m

Elevation：Max vector degree 2mm╱10m chord
