polypropylene random Pipe
PP-R (polypropylene random) tube called three polypropylene random copolymer polypropylene pipes and PPR pipe, with saving energy and materials, environmental protection, high-strength lightweight, corrosion-resistant, smooth wall ,non scale, easy construction and maintenance, long life and other advantages;widely used in building water supply and drainage, municipal water supply and drainage , city gas, electricity and cable jacket, industrial fluid transport, agriculture and irrigation. It is a water supply pipeline currently used in most home improvement projects .
In addition to general plastic tube with a light weight, corrosion-resistant, non-scaling, long life , but also PP-R pipe has the following main features:
1.Non-toxic and health. materials molecule of PP-R only has carbon and hydrogen elements, no harmful toxic elements, reliable health, not only for the hot and cold water pipes but also can be used to clean drinking water systems.
2.Thermal insulation. thermal conductivity of PP-R pipe :0.21w / mk, only 1/200 of steel pipe .
3.Good heat resistance. Vicat softening point of PP-R pipe is 131.5 ℃. The maximum operating temperature of up to 95 ℃, to meet requirements of hot water system in building water specification
4.Long service life. In conditions of working temperature 70 ℃, and working pressure (PN) 1.0MPa , the service life of PP-R pipe up to 50 years (provided that the pipe must be S3.2 and S2.5 series above); at room temperature (20 ℃) service life of up to 100 years.
5. Easy to install, reliable connection. PP-R has good welding properties, pipe and tube can melt and fused connections, easy installation, reliable joint, its strength joints greater than the strength of the pipe itself.
6.Recyclable . through clean and recycling after crushing ,PP-R waste is used in production of pipe and fittings . Regrind amount does not exceed 10% of the total, does not affect product quality.
