Product Description:

The production line consists of decoiler, leveling device, punching unit, roll forming M/c, straightening device, moving cutter, hydraulic system and PLC system.

It could be applied for various production with puching demand.

Decoiler carry coil at the start of the production line and open uncoil it for next process. Tonange of it depends on specific requirement.

Leveling device make the sheet leveled before rolll forming, with pinch roll and leveling rolls

Puching unit punch holes as required before roll forming, it's controlled by PCL system.

Roll forming M/c roll form sheet into profiles with necessary roll forming stations. By adjusting roll for different profiles production.

Straightening device is used to traighten the profile after roll forming, to keep finished profile as required.

moving cutting device cuts profiles with non-stop of the production line.

PLC control each device and whole line.
