Product Description:

The structure of GYDXTA (outdoor optical cables used for telecommunication with metallic central strength,

optical fiber belt central tube filling style, and aluminum - polyethylene cover) is covering the inner-fulfilled waterproof compound loose tube, which is made of high modulus plastic, with the single mode

optical fiber. The thin round shape steel wire will be used as a strength devise armored outside the loose tube.

The aluminum-PE cover will become the optical cable.

It accords with China standard GB/T12706, conductor section cross-area is below 500mm2 use copper tape to screen. Copper thickness is 0.10mm for three cores cable.
The half product that was shield sent to do partial discharge test, then be stranded if it is eligible.
The conductor adopts the copper or aluminum wire that the standard required;
The conductor shield adopts extrusion shielding layer;
Insulation adopts very clear cross-linking material; insulation shielding adopts extrusion shielding layer;
Adopting triple extrusion
Bedding will be added if cable has armor, we have steel tape and steel wire armoring according to client’s specification.
