1. A quartz glass products is a valuable material, must be used gently, very carefully;  

2. Various quartz glass has a maximum operating temperature should not exceed this temperature, otherwise it will to crystallization or softening deformation;  

3. Required high temperature use quartz glass, before use must wipe clean. Can be soaked in a 10% hydrofluoric acid or lotion, and then was washed with high water or alcohol treatment. The operator should be wearing thin line gloves, not allowed to directly touch the quartz glass by hand;  

 4. Allow continuous use of high temperature quartz glass products, prolong life and improve the temperature resistance of quartz glass is good. Conversely, the high temperature intermittent use of quartz glass products, the frequency of use is limited;  

 5. Quartz glass material having a high thermal stability, may be subjected to a drastic temperature difference sudden change. But the actual use, due to residual strain, and products having different shapes, the thermal stability of some differences, should be noted; 

 6. Based acidic material of quartz glass, when used at high temperature strictly avoided with the alkaline substance (such as water glass, asbestos, potassium and sodium compounds, etc.) contact, otherwise it will greatly reduce the performance of the anti- crystallization.
