Introduction

PWF/V Kiln Feed Raw meal Control System uses PWF Spoke Rotor Powdery Metering Device to control metering and constant feeding of kiln feed raw meal for new dry process cement plants with high accuracy metering, compact structure, easy maintenance and long service life. The whole system is the best metering way of kiln feed raw meal for the new dry process cement plants, with low installation height, sensible adjustment, full seal and dual ring control.

The system is also used for metering and feeding of powdery material which is discharged from the side of silo, such as slag powder, clinker powder and cement.

Characteristics

1. It adopts spoke rotor, and the material freely falls during system running. During the rotor rotation, the material fluctuation and filling rate variation are small; the material feeding is uniform and stable.

2. It directly measures material weight inside the rotor, whose metering accuracy is accurate and will not be influenced by material property, airflow and material flow properties.

3. It adopts implement pre-feeding+ predictive control technology (double loop control), ensuring continuous and stable feeding with high metering accuracy.

4. Rotor and wall shell use wearing design with long service life, low fault rate and simple maintenance.
