Main Features OF SZ-680 PP/PS/PET
This PP/PS/PET water drinking cup making machine is full-automatic plastic cup making machine which adopts servo-motor to feed and draw sheet. It controls by PLC and touch screen.
1)It is used to produces such plastic products as disposable plastic cups, plastic bowls, ice cream cups, cold drinking cups, yoghurt cups, instant-food boxes and bowls, plastic dishes, plastic trays, plastic covers, plastic lids, vessels for fast food and pharmaceutical linings.
2) Its forming sheets as PP, PVC, PS, and PET and other sheet.
3) It adopts PLC and touch screen control equipment operation.
4) Mould adopts four cell guides position fixing.
5) Mould movement adopts hydraulic pressure drive.
6) Mechanism movement adds automatically oil to lubricate at certain time.
7) Temperature controller module controls each temperature area.
8) It can finish production at one time through sheet feeding, heating, stretching, forming and in-mould cutting.
9) It can produce different products by different moulds.
