Feature

4. The front water spray device adopts to liner actuator, which can realize left and right 20°rotation and up and down 100mm height variation. The max. height of variation range of the spraying can reach 1.8meter.
5. The fixed point washing device can realize up, down, left and right deflection.
6. It is equipped with rubber pipe reeling device which has the functional of automatic recycling. The max. Washing distance can reach 15 meter.

Working Principle
- Operational devices, electric control and instrument
The cleaning function consist of two parts, one part is in the cab to drive and operate. The other parts, it is out the cab. When the truck is stopped, the operator can handle the function out of the truck. The operation devices ,electric control and instrument can be divided into two parts. One parts can contain the operation devices and instrument of the truck chassis, which includes steering wheel, starting switch, clutch pedal, brake pedal and the instrument and the switch of lighting, soundbox, air conditioner. The other parts contains the electric control box of high pressure, the main and assistant engine throttle.
- Operating device for non cab
Rolling machine of carriage equipped high-pressure spray gun, quick fitting and hand cleaning trolley, quick fitting can be quickly connected to the job.
- New vehicle to use
In order to make the vehicle achieve its proper performance and prolong its service life, new vehicle must be running in initial stage. The driver shall read the instruction manual carefully and understand the vehicle operation and maintenance regulations. The running mileage of automobile chassis is 1000 kilometers, refer to the operating instructions of the automobile chassis for running in and maintenance, such as clean air filter element, replace the engine, transmission, axle oil and so on. The running time of the high pressure waterway system is 4 hours. During the running in period, the working speed of the vehicle and the auxiliary engine are set to 1600r/min. After running in, replace the hydraulic oil, and clean the oil absorption filter (in the tank) and water filter, then eliminate the failure in the process of running.
