‍‍1. Overview‍‍

Oil-well pump disassembly and assembly tester consists of two parts.

1) The host is made up of master tongs, back tongs, clamping small back tongs,a oil tube bracket, a hoist bracket, a platform, a hydraulic system, a pressurization and pressure test system and an  diesel tank, radiator and so on. Master tongs and back tongs are epicyclic gear and epicyclic claw four point chucking structure. The advantage of this structure is flexible in action, safe and reliable, high-efficient. It is used in national major oil fields widely.

2) The platform is composed of electric appliance elements, and the safe voltage is 24-volt DC. (There is a hydraulic directional control valve in Hand-Over-System . According to the needs of users, we can install torque displayer PLCand IPC.)
