Features

2. The tolerance of size and shape follows European Standard DIN ISO-2768-mK. The dimension and tolerance make precise match, with perfect details.

3. Process: Mainly go through blanking, forging, pole-bend, nicety Computerized Numerical Control lathing, with 7 or above steps polishing, which keeps the products in best shape.

4. Electroplate: 6-um nickel layer, 0.1-um chrome layer. The main body is closely overlaid with plate layer. Electroplate is free of bubble, scratch, sand bore, and spot etc.
