Introduction：It combines the advantage of Rasching ring and does improvements for Pall ring. The height-diameter ratio is 1:2; tapered flanging is added on one side. The air resistance passing through the bed layer is reduced and the flowing quantity is enlarged. The packing has great intensity, the gas-liquid distribution is homogeneous and the contact area between the gas and liquid is increased to improve the transfer mass efficiency due to its structure.

Cascade Mini ring Applications:

Zhongying Metal Cascade Mini Rings are widely used in desulfuration and decarbonization system in compound ammonia plant, decompressed plant in crude oil separated plant, all kind of separation process such as separation of methanol, separation of organic acid, and used in absorb or disabosorb tower.
