Introduction:QH series packing combines the advantages of round ring and saddle ring. A conjugate curve fin structure was adopted and there is a double-side flanging and proper height-diameter ratio. The contact among packing or between packing and tower wall are point contacts and thus will not generate cluster. It has the characteristic of structured packing showing a direction arrangement when packing in mess. Its height-diameter ratio is 1:3. With the unique structure and solid performance, it can well be applied to the various energy saving chemical separating processes of extraction, distillation, absorption and so on. It has the advantages of high mass transfer efficiency, low resistance passing the bed, great handling ability, small back mixing and entrain, low tendency for scaling and been successfully used in areas of refining lubricants and furfural, back-extracting aromatic hydrocarbon, desulfating liquefied gas, waste water after treatment, pyrolysis gas washing an so on.
