General Information of Leveling and Cut to Length Line

Cut to length line is used to cut metal with thickness range:0.3mm -40mm,width range: 300mm-2500mm steel coil to required length, change steel coil to steel sheet. This line is suitable for leveling aluminium and carbon steel coils.

Processing flow is as following:

carry coil→load coil→de-coiling（pressing guide +opener）→entry、rough level→guiding→leveling→cutting(with coding reader to set fixing length for cutting) →belt transmission desk→discharging

1.Coil Car

We offer durable coil cars which are applicable in various industries for lifting coils .

2.Uncoiler

Holding the coil and uncoiling the coil, composed of four segments.

1)One sector cantilever with hydraulic expansion mandrel system.

2)Mandrel expansion range: Φ470-Φ530mm.

3)Pneumatic butterfly brake

4)Covered with Polyurethane to start uncoiling the strip, manually operation

5)The mandrel uncoiler base frame is made from ark-welded steel

1)To Flatten the strip at processing speed

Conveyer Construction: Combined by welded steel plate and steel.

8.Stacker

Stacker Structure: Use the steel and steel plate welding processing. make sure both sides of the pusher plate with a tailgate, let the pallet tidy.
