Introduction

Through the clear and intuitive TV screen, the system can effectively reflect burning conditions of burning zone of all kinds of kiln and we can clearly observe frame shape, kiln coating ring forming and clinker granulation inside the kiln; it constitutes a powerful auxiliary means of reducing coal consumption and improving cement quality. The system uses protection technologies such as water-cooling, air-cooling and cylinder automatic in-and-out, to ensure the long-time stable work under high temperature and high dust concentration conditions.

Characteristics

1. The system adopts protective measures such as water-cooling, compressed air blowing and inner temperature detection to ensure long-time reliable operation under high temperature condition.
   

2. The main part for the system is the solid state camera. The camera has long life, vibration resistance, wide spectral range and high definition without replacing camera tube.

3. The operator can intuitively observe the flame shape and black fire head during fuel burning inside the kiln, as well as material granulation and falling conditions during material burning. The operator is provided with the entire and intuitive working conditions.

4. If gas stoppage, power failure and extra-high temperature occur, the probe can automatically withdraw from the observation hole of high temperature, having perfect protection measures.
