The Intelligent Distribution Crane for Steel Pipe is used in the steel pipe distribution part before the frame saw in the steel pipe production line, and realizes the process of reclaiming flow from a roller table to any specified roller table discharge.
The Intelligent Distribution Crane perfectly replaces the original synchronous movement of several slewing arm brackets. The steel pipe on the roller table is removed and placed on the conveying equipment to be transported to the next roller table, and then the steel pipe is placed on the other roller table by the swing arm bracket. It makes the whole process faster, more accurate and more intelligent, which not only improves the production efficiency, but also reduces the equipment capital investment.
Components
The bridge frame is the main force component of the crane, the double beam double track structure is adopted. The main beam and the end beam are the main force parts, and the auxiliary metal structure is composed of trolley track, walking platform, railing, ladder and so on.
The main weld is submerged arc welding or gas shielded welding. After welding, the welds are detected according to the regulations of GB/T 14405 - 2011 general overhead crane. The main stress part of the material is Q235B, analysis of the girder section by the finite element method calculation system, ensure the sufficient strength, stiffness and stability. All steel plates using ball blast to pre-treated to reach the Sa2.5 grade; the camber was (0.9 ~ 1.4) S/1000, and the maximum camber was controlled in the middle of the span 1/10. The end beam is box structure, and the end beam is connected with the main beam as rigid connection. The end beam is dismantled to transport, it is connected by high strength bolt, and the connection plate is positioned by reaming bolt.
3mm anti-skid steel plate is used on tread of walking table of bridge frame, are arranged 1050mm rail height on the channel, with a distance of 350mm for horizontal bar, the 100mm height retaining plate be set in bottom, any place on the railing can withstand 1kN (100kgf) load from any direction without plastic deformation.
In order to facilitate the transportation, handling and installation, the lifting lugs, lifting holes are arranged in the main part, the strength and location of hoisting lug and hoisting hole fully consider the safety and convenience of hoisting.

Hoisting Mechanism

1. How to define the lifting capacity of crane?
- When the beam hanged with hook: lifting capacity=self weight of beam + self weight of electromagnet + weight of suspended object;
- When the moving pulley and the hanging beam are integrated: lifting capacity=self weight of electromagnet + weight of suspended object;
- The net weight only includes the weight of the suspended object.
2. What are the requirements for lifting heavy objects with hanging beams?
- When the hanging beam is used, the load center deviation is not more than 0.5m.
