 3).Usage:medical first aid or hot therapy.

2.Application of Instant Heat Pack:

1).Squeeze firmly to broken the inner liquid bag to activate.

2).Knead pack well to mix contents after activation.

3).Apply hot pack to desired area.Approximate peak temperature:130°F/56°C; Therapeutic time duration:30 minutes

4).Dispose of used pack in proper method.
