 I. Introduction:

Steel Strip Continuous Hot dip Galvanizing is a procedure:  The cold rolled strip is heated and pass through the Zinc Pot containing Zinc Liquid, and then the Zinc continuously stick to the surface of the steel strip. Finally, the cold rolled strip is coated with Zinc layer evenly, which is antisepsis and antirust. Galvanized steel sheet and strip is widely applied in pipe making, cupboard and box making, and chemical, medicine, textile dyestuff, industry oil, electrical appliance, gauge appearance, and packing industrial. It can be tin soldering and color coating and printing.

II. Producing Technical Procedure:

   Coil Loading→De-cloiler→Shearing→Welding→Inlet Loop- Chemical degreasing→electrolytic degreasing →Hot-water Spraying→ Pinching and drying → heating→soaking→cooling→Hot dip Galvanizing→ Small Spangles device→ air cooling →Water cooling→ drying→ mechanical finishing→ straightening and withdrawal→ Passivation（Fingerprint resistant）→drying →outlet loop→ surface Checking→ shearing →coiling
