Description of high temperature ceramic fiber paper for gasket:
The raw material of ceramic fiber paper is blowing ceramic fiber bulk and adding a certain percentage of binders, fillers and additives, and it is a deep –processed product, which produced by the wet production process. Ceramic fiber paper has a smooth surface, uniform structure, low thermal conductivity, low density, high tear strength, high flexibility, good electrical insulation properties and excellent performance. It has been widely used as a kind of function material just as high temperature insulation, sealing, gaskets, electrical insulation, filtration, etc.
Ceramic Fiber Paper is processed from the high purity fiber, which can be used in the field of high temperature insulation. Because we have adopted the advanced processing work, we cannot only make the fiber interweave shapely, but also can control the thickness and the density rigidly.
A spot of bonding agent has been added into the fiber during processing, which has been chosen and controlled scientifically, can be burnt during application.
