Graphite electrode introduction
Graphite electrodes are used mainly in electric arc furnace steel production. They are presently the only products available that have the high levels of electrical conductivity and the capability of sustaining the extremely high levels of heat generated in this demanding environment. Graphite electrodes are also used to refine steel in ladle furnaces and in other smelting processes.

1,The high power graphite electrode uses Fushun petroleum coke,Japanese imports of needle coke and temperature modified asphalt as raw material,in accordance with the high power graphite electrode production processes,crushing,screening,dosing,kneading,forming,baking,hi pressure impregnation,the second time of baking,graphitization and machining refined.
2,The nipple uses Japanese imports of needle coke,three times of baking processes.
