Function:              

The high frequency induction furnace is batch furnace,which is used for mild steel cementite,carbonitriding and surface chemistry treatment.

Structure specification:

Furnace lining: It adopt composite moniker energy effiency furnace lining,which consists of super light firebrick and high quality silicic acid aluminium firefibre.

Heating element:The heating system and the charger basket are all welded by the high heat-resisting steel sheet and plate.There is the ventilator on the furnace lid to force the gas cycle,so that to make the temperature and atmosphere to be even.The lifting of the furnace is drived by the motor-driven worm decelerating installation.

Controlling system:the standard configuration is KRG6 series controller.There are the imported digital temperature controller and automatic recording,which could show,record and adjust the temperature automatically.It also have the alarm protective function.

We also can adopt the KRG7 series controller according the processing requirement.The accuracy of the silicon control PID regulating electric furnace controller is ±10°C.
