Product Description:

It separates the well stream into three phases, i.e. oil, gas and water. Each phase will be measured accurately by specific meter like mass flow meter or senior orifice plates flow meter. The level controller and control valves keep the fluid at designated level.

The separator, piping, instruments and valves are mounted on a common skid and run automatically and independently by the control system.

2. Main Features of High Efficiency Three-phase Separator

1) High efficiency internals (baffle, coalescer, demister, cyclone) are deployed to guarantee separating efficiency and reduce the separator size;

2) 99% solid particles of 5μm or above and 99% liquid droplets of 10μm or above will be removed;

3) Inlet stream fluctuation range 60%~120% is adaptable;

4) Wave proof and vortex breaking internals are installed;Dual safety valves, keeping better safety;

5) The system is completely skid-mounted, pre-fabricated and pre-commissioned in the workshop, greatly shortening the time cost at the site.
