1.Liner Making Machine for Chemical resistant liner making,which apply the rotating mandrel with fiberglass surface mat, resin, stitched mat etc.

3.Curing Station Curing of the Pipe with the mandrel   

4.Calibration Machine grinding the pipe jointing groove with the mandrel   

6.Demoulding  Machine Extract the pipe from the mandrel

7.Hydrotesting Machine Apply the pipe on the hydrotesting machine,inject water to the pipe up to the requied pressure.

8.Labortory equipment:Testing of the FRP pipe's hardness,thickness etc.

The production process of the GRP pipe is based on the filament winding technique and complies with,ASTM D3754, ASTM 3262, BS 5480:1990,ASTM D3517,  AWWA C950, AWWA Manual M45.
