1.Description

Grade 4245G is specially used for 10kv below aerial hanging power cable, it is composed by 90% silane crosslinkable low density polyethylene (compound A) and 10% black catalyst (compound B). The product’s major characteristics are

◆Wide range of processing temperature, simple processing technique.

◆Suitable for tubing style extrusion mould.

3.Major characteristics

1. Extremely low heat shrinkage rate, which can solve the disqualified cable shrinkage problem in the past.

2.Cables made from the product have excellent performance in smooth cable surface, high extrusion speed and production efficiency.

3. The processing temperatures for the product are comparatively low, which can save the energy and reduce the cost.

4. Initial melt point 113°C, final melt point 123°C.
