Graphite electrode is the use of petroleum coke as aggregate, coal tar pitch asbinder, a high temperature and oxidation resistance of conductive material through crushing, proportioning, mixing kneading, shaping, roasting, soaking, graphite,mechanical processing and a series of production process.
Graphite electrode has good electrical properties and chemical stability, mechanical strength at high temperature under high, low impurity content, good anti vibration performance. Is a good conductor of heat and electricity. Widely used in electric arc furnace steelmaking, refining furnace, the production of iron alloy, industrial silicon,phosphorus, corundum and so on ore smelting furnace and other use of arcproducing high-temperature smelting furnace.
